Default hard start and rough idle....

need a little help...having some issues with my wife's 08 gts:

hard start, rough idle, hesitation @ 3K rpm

i've replaced the plugs and still having the same issues, i was thinking coils but i though this was corrected with the newer models.
could my problem be the fuel pump?

my code reader says "P0130" misfire cylinder "1", i suspect cylinder "1" coil pack. am I correct? which one is cylinder "1"?

thanks for the help....

btw..pepper has 93K on the clock (yes..she drives alot) no major problem worth mentioning until now.

Cracked coil leading to fouled plug.
No, the cracked coil problem isn't really "fixed", even after all the revisions of the coil pack, such is the nature of coils in Cayennes I suppose.

BTW, if you are replacing one, I would replace them all.
Also, go back and verify that the plugs haven't fouled due to the cracked coils.

As for the hard start/rough idle, if it's still there after coils and plugs, I would double check your battery and fuel pump as the next step.

thanks....will re-inspect tonight...as far as hard start i meant just cranking before actually starting (I would say 3-5 secs. longer than before. I read somewhere that it might actually be the fuel pump about to fail.

Certainly sounds like coils to me too. My CS demonstrated similar symptoms when the coil packs went bad.
