I would love to. That would be a great class action suit if you could find enough people with provable denials that were illegally turned down.

What's stopping you then?

You can file a class action lawsuit on behalf of people you've never met.
You can scan Rennlist and come up with lots of problems and situations where you feel owners were treated poorly by PCNA with regards to modifications and warrnaty coverage.

I remember something about the reasoning behind that, something to do with backpressure and the RMS.
The same logic was applied to why the GT3 had the RMS sensitivity and the Turbo seemingly did not, even with the same block/engine.

Too far down on the to do list......and I've yet to meet someone actually wronged by this. Mostly seems to be the standard internet BS constantly recycled by those with post counts so high they must never see daylight or read anything but forums.

Again, you are free to file suit on behalf of wronged Porsche owners whenever you find the time.

There have been threads over the years of warranty repairs declined due to modifications..
Again, it usually comes down to the relationship between the owner and dealership.

Anyone we know? I have no idea who you are talking about, could you please narrow it down a bit, or perhaps just name who you were referring to?

I've seen it in other cars, namely my old 04 350Z.

The cats being bypassed on the Cayenne are after the O2 sensors so it does not effect any readings.

2 sets of cats on the "S", the ones being bypassed are the second ones. The O2 sensors are before and after the first set of cats.
