Default 2011 Cayenne non smoker package

Non-smoker Package 9JA (Ashtray replaced by additional storage compartments)

Will I loose all 12V outlets in the car by choosing this option? I asked a dealer and he said yes, but wanted to get the opinion of the pros. Thank you

I can't comment on the 2011.

I can tell you that my 04 Turbo has a non-smoker package. (no ashtray under PCM, no rear ash trays etc) and it has 6 power outlets in it still. (2 under the dash, 2 in the back seat console and 2 in the cargo area).

I would imagine they do the same on the newer ones.

I am pretty sure now after speaking with few dealers that there will be plenty of outlets for chargers etc. I ordered mine with the NON SMOKER package and will confirm again to the forum once I receive it, but I am almost certain it shouldn't be an issue. Cannot imagine that the German doctors haven't thought about the consequences of missing outlets.

There are two outlets accessible from the driver's seat, one by the cupholder and one in the center armrest. There is another in the passenger footwell under the dashboard.

Did Porsche take away one of the outlets for 2011 under the passenger footwell? I have two under there on my 08.

There might be two, but I only felt one and to be honest I don't know if it's active or not as I haven't hooked up my V1 yet (just picked up the car last weekend).

Nice, thanks for the update! this will be very helpful to many new owners researching this option. Congrats on your Cayenne, and also very nice Hall of fame !

Thanks. I thought I would miss my RS4 after picking up the Cayenne, but I don't.
