Bill,
are you still under factory or CPO warranty? That may be a factor.

Stevinson in Denver always gave me a loaner..............far from a Porsche though. Usually a Buick cerca late 90's of some sort or a Toyota Corolla around 2003 or 2004.
The Buick was actually very comfortable and you could use a finger nail that almost broke off to steer the car, it was that light!!!!! My Buddy's grandpa took the loaner out for a spin and bought a new Buick a couple weeks after...go figure.
Otherwise no other Porsche dealer that is near me, Boulder, gives out loaners.
Sad.

Any time I've had work done on my cayenne, which is quite a lot they don't offer loaners. Said we could rent one at Enterprise. But the BMW and lexus departments at the same dealer give you free rentals. I don't get it.

Yes, I needed to schedule most of the services to get a loaner.

CPO. And I've only needed scheduled work.

90% of the time a Porsche, Audi the rest of the time. Just had a Panamera for a couple of days when the Cayenne was in for annual.
