Sounds like an option Toyota should have offered...
I bought my Daughter one of those Oyotas couple years back so much for quailty control !!!! Her mom took keys as soon as she heard about recall. Now I have mad wife and soon to be 18 year old. Wants my Porsche keys better get a thumb out..

Love the new interior if that is really it. Going to build the wife a 2011 when it comes out.

Take Care Gj

Nope. Just a similar look. Transmission will be an 8-speed automatic. PDK apparently had too many issues with towing.

Honestly, sometimes things grow on you, but I like the 2nd gen face lift better than the 1s and the 1st better than what I can glean here.

Nothing wrong with the exterior styling, it's just an updated look to the current one. Interior definitley looks more modern and better IMO. But the size I have a problem. I am sure the price will stay similar but it's a smaller vehicle you are getting. Based on the prototype I saw few months ago, it's quite a bit smaller...

Several articles have mentioned that although it appears smaller it is actually slightly larger. We'll see...

Mirrors on the doors like the Panemara don't do it for me doesnt matter I guess since I am not buying one anway! Also the grill looks too soft and rounded, may be cover up though.

What is going on with the rear? It looks like a cross between the small Lexus SUV and the Nissan Pathfinder. Not loving it from behind.

Looks weird to me, but I will wait and see in person. The interior is a nice upgrade. As my children age that "passenger eject button" will come in handy.
