Our esteemed moderator, mudman2, has a website with pictures of the back of PCM2. If I had the link, I'd post it, but someone else will help. Anyway, you'll clearly see there's no RCA inputs or any aux inputs for that matter.
And your picture shows them where the cig lighter usually is. Let me tell you after spending much time both in that location (I have SAT there) and behind the PCM, I highly doubt that's where they're running to. That particular location (of your pic) is easy to run them behind the glovebox and to the firewall, which is where I predict we will all find the answer.

Passenger footwall top where the carpet ends - you should be able to feel around if a metal box is tucked behind there. If you wanted to pull it out, you may have to remove the black plastic cover underneath the glovebox (as a side note, that's how you get to the cabin partical filter, which is always nice to change). The black plastic cover is removed by four screws, I think (one in back three right under glove).
