If everyone names one maybe not so obvious thing about the Cayenne this wiil be a great thread! Don't do an rtfm, this can be a fun great informative thread...... I'll start with:
You can press up on the steering wheel controls too vs. the obvious pressing down....works both ways.

Car will not upshift automatically in manual mode with PSM OFF, but will with PSM ON
With Keyless entry and drive, you cannot turn the ignition clear off with the car not in PARK when using the dummy key
Under certain lock settings, one must push the rear hatch release button in the drivers door pocket for every time the rear hatch is to be accessed...I'll think of more.

How about this one! One some 03-early 04 cars, the wiring harness from the valve body inside the transmission to the tiptronic control unit under the passenger seat will fill up with ATF!!! Thats a good secret your car may be keeping.

My esteemed colleague, if you need any fertilizer, I've got a lot of it. Close to 80 tons. Every single house here recycles. Wanna do karate in the garage?
HAHA that was good.
Anywho....for those with Keyless entry and drive, if your remote is in your pocket behind your phone(verified with Blackberry pouch), there is a good possibility you aren't getting into your Cayenne.

God dammit Leeroy!!!!! Why do you do this ****?? "Its not my fault"
What about the myth that you can unlock your car through a cell phone connection. For example, ol Leeroy locked his keys in his Cayenne in front of Game Stop at the mall, calls up his disgruntled wife back home, she grabs the spare key, presses the unlock button, that frequency passes through the cell phones via PFM and unlocks the car? Plausible? Mythbusters time?

OK I think I have one....the operating system is almost surely a Microsoft product; the first thing to try to fix any electrical gremlin (interior lights, head unit, or fault codes in general) is to turn off the machine and turn it back on. This usually works, if not get out your check book.
