Body Work Recommendation in SE PA

Sorry to say I had a minor scrape on the right rear plastic bumper of my 06 CTT. I live in Hilltown, PA and would like a recommendation. Is the plastic bumper something that can be smoothed and repainted or does it have to be replaced? The color is Titanium Metallic.
