Default Front turn signals posessed!

Front turn signals fault (both left and right) at very inconvenient times. Bulbs, connections all check out. Anyone else experienced this dilemma?

I am assuming that someone has checked the headlight connection and perhaps even updated them to the newest (connector) design?
I am assuming that someone has either installed the MaxiPad dessicant or the headlight vent tube TSBs?

Loose headlight carrier/mounting plate. Remove the headlight assembly and check the bolts on the front of the plate. They are 10mm, and are probably loose, allowing the entire assembly to move.

I had this issue, and as soon as I tightened the plate, the problem was solved. I believe there is a TSB about this also that advises the use of some blue Loctite on the bolt to keep it from happening again.

It is the turn signal bulb socket that is at fault. The contact tabs deform and fold inward. You have two options, A. Carefully bend the contact tabs outward to there original shape or B. Install the updated turn signal bulb socket with updated contact tabs, they work great!!!! AMAZING

BTW, this issue is more notable in colder weather as the materials contract a bit.
