When you start your car does it say tpms inactive?
When you go in the menu on the cluster does it say tire pressure?
When you look under the dash behind the ebrake pedal is there a small black box about 4 inchs up on the fire wall.

On the phone module comment in the thread, I have a 06 CTTS with the module and all three generations of the iphone plus two other phones that all will work with my phone module.
Put the sim card in upside down (gold metal up) and it initializes and works fine.
So maybe just got lucky but all AT&T in Atlanta.
Just thought I would share.

..and I went underdhash, check as much as I can, but did not see any of such small box !
Well, thanks a lot for these pre-diagnostic questions, It would have been good, as soon, I will have to change tires (will go for my second set of Vredestein Ultra Sessanta).
@ BMW91M5, I tried again with my AT&T card, but, nothing at ll shows up. I'm not much surprised on that one, ..it would have been for sure in the config list (I still have the window sticker).
