I've searched the forum but the most recent response was a while ago, so here we go again.
A friend is considering an '05 CTT with 75,000 miles. It appears to have been well cared for. He's had 3 CTTs before, but has never sniffed 20,000 miles on any one of them before getting something else.
Anyone concerned with this amount of mileage? Any issues to be cautious of in its post warranty life? Thanks.

Why is he considering one with 75,000 miles if he obviously has the means to get one with less miles? It seems a bit strange.
I think the issues are well known in early Cayennes, although by 2005 most* of the problems were corrected. I'd look carefully at the history and get a solid PPI before buying one with higher mileage like this one.

FWIW, Rennlist member 'T2' has ~ 150K miles on his CTT....and 200K miles on his 996TT.
I'm sure if you send him a PM or do a forum search, you can find his comments and experiences helpful.
