Engine won't start - Too dang cold!
It was almost 35 degrees below zero last night (parked at my Hospital overnight) and this morning it tries to turn over but won't! Had it towed into our heated ER Ambulance Garage and now thawing!

Straight up minus 35 to 40 degrees F.
After thawing in a heated garage for 35 to 40 minutes, the engine started! 
I had called my dealer service manager and he said that he had some Cayennes towed there that were frozen and he put them inside their heated service bays and got the engines to turn over!
My biggest mistake was not starting /warming up the CS a few times that night (it also had half a tank of gas in it <-- prudent to keep a full tank of gas when very cold out)!
You live and you learn!

Mine started up just fine at -20 degrees F after sitting at the airport all night last week.
We had a heat wave today at 0 degrees F for my drive in. Fortunately the car was parked inside my garage last night, where it was a balmy 48 degrees F.

Freeeeeeze!
An engine block heater would have been great, but I did not order my CS from the factory (I would definitely recommend one). 
My CS was turning on with no problems @ - 20 deg.F., but @ - 40 deg.F. it took it's toll.

I guess that's a whole new level of coldness. Our record low in Indiana is -21, and we hit -20 last week. Almost there!

Went skiing this weekend and it was 5 degrees and -20 (with wind chill) at the summit.
Cayenne started up no problem.
Cayenne is great on a ski trip. Ski bag option is really nice and fits 2 pairs. I have the winter mats and trunk cover. Heated seats and wheel. All made for a really comfy ride through the New England cold and snow.
