It's interesting watching people comment on how PCNA responds to situations like this....knowing very few have 'boldly gone where Larry has gone'.
Reality is much different than perception.....sort of like someone saying "there is absolutely no way that we are taking this Cayenne back".......oh really?

relax, PCNA in my experience has been very helpful, ask to talk with one of their regional people, ask them to goodwill the ****, bet they will, and find a new dealer to get service /sales from
