Default GTS vs Turbo

having driven these now back to back the best way i think can distinguish these two machines in Porsche terms is to suggest that the Turbo is like a 928 and the GTS is 911.

they are both amazing machines and one is no better than the other; they really are different driving machines imo. one just seems to love eating up mileage at speeds anywhere from sub light to warp. the engine on the turbo reminds me of my old 12 cylinder Jaguar; smooth as silk and never stopped pulling.

the GTS caps out fast on the RPM's when driven hard and in that sense really reminds me of the 911. you can redline it and not get impounded!

in the end, imo they both really are PORSCHE'S and wear that hood crest well!

I agree.. having driven both.. but I opted for the NA motor and the lowered stance. Maybe, if money allows, I will try get into the 09 TT "S".. we shll see..
