Default Porsche customer experience - seeking your feedback

My consulting firm is conducting a project for Porsche North America to better understand the voice of the customer. This is part of an ongoing effort to improve the Porsche customer experience in sales and service at the dealerships. We are doing a lot of field research, mystery shopping, interviews, etc... but we also wanted to provide Rennlisters an opportunity to be heard.

If you are interested in sharing feedback on recent Porsche customer experiences for new or pre-owned sales or servicing at an authorized dealer, please PM me or email jbtrichel@aol.com to receive a short online survey. Anyone that participates will receive a summary of the results/findings at the conclusion of our project.

Thanks in advance!

this is too good, i have got to tune up the Vincent Price laugh for this one

buhahahahahah

buhahahahahahhahahahahahah

buhahhahahahahhahahahahahhahaha

ok, you get the picture..

anyway, this has got to be a troll. PCNA worried about customer perception?

of course, the best option to improve customer perception would be to eliminate all forums discussing Porsches...aaaahhh, that pesky first amendment..

This brings up two good point.

Is Porsche really watching. I was asked not to post certain information because someone from Porsche was monitoring this site. I became really paranoid after that and restricted what I said for fear I could get someone in trouble. At the same time I would like to email this guy to let him know about some of the things certain dealers are getting away with.

The second one is do you have to be a rennlist member ? I have noticed if you are just a "USER" you seem to be treated with disdain.

dis·dain (ds-dn)
tr.v. dis·dained, dis·dain·ing, dis·dains
1. To regard or treat with haughty contempt; despise. See Synonyms at despise.
2. To consider or reject as beneath oneself.
n.
A feeling or show of contempt and aloofness; scorn

Well anyone can be a "user" that does not mean they are mistreated they are not. My comment to droptop is an in joke with a fellow "legalroute" traveller.

Yes I know they do monitor and gather online information for use against you. I think its a third party not Porsche themselves (they would screw it up)

Feel free to say what you like but keep your real ID hidden and never mention that you are a member of a group like this if your nervous

Some of us for whatever reason are past caring

We would prefer you join however

Default A-10 drivers unite....

fortunately, the WARTHOG has reliability several orders of magnitude better than the PIG, otherwise the Baker-Martin seats would get a much greater workout.

one of the MANY reasons that i would not take the unilaterally revised settlement offer made at the FIRST lemon law hearing, was that there was a "no comment" clause to it. i believe that that is stock, although it may be something that was revised in my case. i KNOW that the porsche guys knew of at least some of my comments here during the case, because of some statements they made.

of course, how many lemon law cases do they have going on at any one time? a very interesting question.. and if there are no others? class dismissed<G>

I have to agree.......... some of Porsche's dealers are out of control and all Porsche seems to do is reward them with accolades like Premier Porsche Dealer

No troll... in fact, have been around here since 2004... very active member, communicated directly with John D. (who runs Rennlist) before posting, have his enthusiastic support... 100 Rennlisters have been added to the survey process so far... what's the problem?

Jon,

You have ventured far far and away from the 993 forum into a galaxy unknown..... where a pig is always a pig (no matter how much lipstick she wears) and where all known faults are there for the SEARCHING.....

There is no problem as such - except in here:

1 - they play rough.
2 - a LOT of purple KOOL Aid is consumed.
3 - some frequent posters have developed a "twitch" when PCNA and Cayenne are mentioned in the same sentence....
4 - more than 1 person has a PERMENANT disfigurement due to prolonged exposure to "!" "!" "!"....
5 - People prefer to use many an alias... "Larry" is commonly used by many long time members.
6 - We use the Greek Alphabet.
7 - It is cold in here - people LOVE Cardigans...
8 - Bacon, ham and all of its wonderful tasty derivatives are ALWAYS on the menu.

I could go on - but that would be like giving away the secrets to the Davinci Code...

Me - personally, I love my Cayenne - so much so that when a Meteorite exploded through the sunroof of #1 that I am on to #2 - but alas I exist in a parrallel universe where the Cayenne is considered a luxury car (and wears the appropriate price tag of $150K+) and still gets treated as such by most dealers..... after all - arent MOST issues covered under warranty???

Best with your market research - I hope I haven't LED you down the garden path and I have been able to shed some (trailer) light for you,

Simon.
