The downside would be added complexity and maintenance down the road.

Can PDCC be retrofitted to a 2004 955 Cayenne Turbo? I know anything can be accomplished with time and money, but can it be easily installed?

I was at the SoCal Dealers show at Fontans festival of speed. They had 2 GTS out and the head of sales
that no way no HOW do you order a Cayenne without the PDCC
