Repair report: We hit 20,000 miles on our 2006 Tit S
Figured I'd give a status report (not to jinx us here).
Issues so far- None (well, minor- sometimes when you want to skip forward a track on the CD player it won't go with the forward triangle button & you have to type in the track number, then the triangle forward and back buttons work).
Did first oil change at 10,000 miles due to break in (I didn't want to wait until 20,000), so going to wait until 25,000 to do next oil service.
Changed rim/tire set for winter and just put summer titanium package rims back on. The Pirelli P-0s look like they will need to be replaced soon (the stock Cayenne S tires I had on looked new when I took them off after probably 8-10K miles). I need to find a longer wearing tire than the P-o's.
Anyway, just wanted to report some positive news on the build quality of our car thus far...

I think it was something like $300+- don't remember exactly, but I do know that I got both our cayenne and my 911 oil changed for less than the dealer wanted. Of course, now I have to stop by the dealer because our service reminder light comes on...
