Dension issues and great customer support
I bought a Dension Gateway 500 from Eric at Bumperplugs when it first came out. I could never get it to work, as the PCM wouldn't consistently recognise it. I took it back to the installer a few times, the unit would work for a few days, then crash again. Eric gave some suggestions to no avail. Finally, the unit stopped working at all. Without hesitation, Eric shipped out another unit, I plugged it in, and, instantly, I was back up running.
I just wanted to give kudos to Eric for his great customer support. I wouldn't hestitate to get anything from him again. He is readily available to answer questions (responds quickly to email), and is always courteous and helpful.
Now I can think about the Bluetooth option.
