Default Stuttering on acceleration

I have a 06 **** with about 1300 miles. Over the last 100 mile or so i have noticed a "stuttering" on mild acceleration, as if it is misfiring. No noise, just lack of power. Thought it was the gas, no difference with brand change. 92-93 octane
Took to dealer - no fault codes found, reprogramed the DME ? - will pick up tomorrow to see if better

Search these posts, and it seems this sounds like a coil issue, but at such a young age?

At such a young age...what, the Cayenne or the coils?

Matters not, you're not naked, so the dealer will fix it.

Coils can be old, young, medium aged .... and still be bad... but I'd also check the Fuel Pump and/or the sensor.. newer cars have the modified coils (or so I thought)... cue ltc...............

it only went up to 3 and 4 revs.. what rev is it now?!? Hell, my nearly brand new '06Tit.S doesn't fly open but when I do open/use it .. it is a pain in the *** for it to register closed.. only takes a few slams! thus, I now only open the entire rear hatch. but, this is still the ONLY problem to date --- and probably just needs adjustment... but hey haven't been to the dealer for anything else and it is too far for just that. maybe with my oil change at 15K and new back tires.

The same for me on points a though d above! I thought it was just me...I was going to have them look at it, but not worth taking it in just for that...and the dealer is only about 5 minutes from my house....in fact the close proximity is why I have a cayenne- I was supposed to be going to Shop Rite for groceries and "stopped by" the dealer to see what they had and noticed a dark blue leftover titanium S that they were offering a deal "too good to pass up"... my wife was very happy when I called to ask if she wanted another porsche in the family...but I digress....

lic265 - Try a bottle of Techron System Cleaner. It's not going to hurt anything and it might cure your problem. You will know if it works before you burn a tank of gas. If it clears up, start using Chevron all the time.

BTW, just for fun, what is your Cayenne's birthday (date of assembly)?

Glad to be a new member of the "Coils Club" - but only after they changed out my spark plugs did my problem start.

So - Tuesday we see what happens...

Put a bottle of Techron in the tank - no better
Still feeling like it is misfiring or "stuttering " under mild- moderate acceleration
Any ideas before i go back to the dealer?
