Default Climate Control Delay

I have an '04 Cayenne. There is a minute or two delay for the A/C / Fans to turn on when the car is started. It takes a minute or two for any type of air to blow. Any ideas?

you also have a dual battery package and one of the batterys is bad.
you need to check both batterys out of the car to figure out which one it is

Do you have the "Auto" button pressed? What's the temperature when this happened?
This delay may be what's intended, if the computer determined that it's too early to run the fan.

the dealy comes from having a 2 battery sytem with one battery dead. when the vechile is strated the car doesnt see enough power and activates load mangemnet and shuts down non esscential power consumers.
Once the car runs for a minute the power level comes up and allows the ac to turn on

Thanks, that's what I was thinking after reading a lot of threads on here. It is still under factory warranty so I took it in. thanks for the info. I'm in Texas and no A/C is not good!
