Bluetooth Install, Any Pics
Been driving my new Cayenne, happy as could be. When at the dealership they asked if i was interested in having bluetooth installed. While I would like it, the install appears to be quite the afterthought. Positioned just below the left vent, It just seems out of place. Was wondering how those on the forum pursued the bluetooth issue, and if so, could show install pictures?

Yeah, I have the same Parrot but I got it mounted on the left side for the driver. Fits nicely on the aluminum trim and out of the way. Granted other passengers can't see it, but who else wants to operate it anyway. hehe!!
I will try and take some pictures.

Here we go where again? Asking another Rennlister how he did something is taboo now as well?
Should we submit prospective posts to you to determine whether they are worthy?
Seriously, I wanted to hear from proulx how he did it. Not how you did it, or how it is supposed to be done, or whether it should be done, or anything else. Should have just PMed him, but thought other Rennlisters might want to know as well.
I'll learn not to give you another oportunity to tell us how much you know, and we don't. Have fun.

As to 'tell us how much you know', I'd tell you the truth, but something tells me you can't handle the truth:

I don't have photos but have the Raytell 4200 mounted in the face of the ashtray. Looks pretty stock. Cost $500, works most but not all of the time. Has voice activiated dialing.
By the way I share some of your frustration with the "attitude" shown by long time posters but what the heck; they have provided lots of good information and advice as well. The ranting occaisonally gets to me but I still visit the site most days

Impressive response, though. Looks like you had fun submitting it.

You have access to information, technicians, and even "experts", yet it still doesn't seem to sink in. The same question(s) come up, time and time again....hence the 'dog humping your leg' analogy.

How many Rennlist members who own MY03+ vehicles (all MOST equipped, all using the exact same hardware/components) in all of the various forums (986, 987, 996, 997, 996TT, 997TT, Cayenne, Cayman) do you think have upgraded their audio systems and subsequently posted pics?
