You can go to porsche(.)com and build the vehicle you want then calculate the payment using their "calculate payment" feature. There payment calculator will post the lease, buy and porsche option payment and additional information side by side.

not very good... figure a 55K Cayenne V6 will run you about $100 more per month than a 55K X5 because of the rates.

Porsche doesn't offer specials on leases because they don't have to...it's unfortunately as simple as that. Back in 2002, maybe, but not anymore...

To get the rate down on your lease you have to negotiate the figures with the dealer. I did, and my $55.4K Cayenne started at $1100 a month and then became $790 a month when all was said and done. That was 18 months ago on a new 2005. Lease term was 36mos/12K a year.

Not a lot of changes on money factor, should still be almost the same, .00320-.00350 money factor..
but depreciation might change since most are 06's,, ..try 54% on an S

calculation is price-residual/month terms = depreciation
(price+residual) * money factor = interest..

depreciation + interest = monthly payment

btw are you asking for the 08 lease rates? those might be better

Wow, that's an understatement. Look at the change in residual factor for a Turbo. Oh wait, one rate is for 2006's and the other is for 2008. That makes sense, as they won't discount a 2008 to the tune of $10k-$15k, like they have been for 2006's.
