well...
who would have thunk that after all of this, they would miss the buyback window?
they haven't yet, but they have used 27 of their 30 days up without any noticeable progress (at least from my side). not quite sure what the next step will be. of course, they might just be waiting until the last minute.....

well, after being reminded that they were going out of the window, the buyback was moved in 3 hours from "sometime next week", to tomorrow at noon. will have to rent a car to get back from tulsa, but at least i will be done with the beast.......

durn, nobody took my bet...
well, i am back from tulsa. they started off with a checklist that said (among other things) that the tires had to have over a certain tread, and that the brakes had to have over 50% pad life remaining. we stopped there. they had no intention of taking it back (59k and +50% brake life remaining?).
now we go to court.
