I don't mean to hijack this thread but are the heated steering wheel thicker than the non? I don't recall the titanium edition has the thicker steering wheel option?

Love your color choices for both cars...You could quit your day job and order cars at Champion down in Miami (See TOWARDS THE END of this thread...I think it's right up your alley ):

Hey Dave, welcome to the Cayenne/997 "family" -- I have loved the combo myself. But, forget about the 18s--get the Toyo Proxes S/T tires with some real 22-inch rims. I swear, I drive through the snow here in Wisconsin on these Proxes with no trouble--believe it or not they are W-speed rated AND are M+S rated for the snow.

Robert/JoAnne, what type of tiles did you use in your garage? Are you happy with them and would you go the same route again? TIA

Default Finally picked it up, Love It.

Irene and I finally got to pick up our Cayenne yesterday after negotiating brutal work schedules, insurance foul ups, and of course DMV red tape.
We just love the car. The quality feels just as high as that on my 997.
I ordered the basic Pirelli Scorpion winter tires and 18" rims from Tire Rack and had them swapped out before we even drove away with the car (we're heading to VT and figured we better put some proper rubber on).
Irene is just loving the car but I'm hoping she'll let me do some driving soon!!!! LOL.
Here are some low rez Treo pics showing the snow tires and my happy Irene.
Thanks again for all of the input in my buying decision and the well wishes.

Thumbs up

Coochas - Dig it. Love the pano roof!

One thing us Tit-s owners share...we didn't get to pick our options. I saw you got memory seats...I ended up with wood dash no memory though. Definitely parts bin cars with the nice bits spread out.

Here's mine. Somehow it became my wife's favorite car over her Caddy.

Glad you got the Scorpions. Drove by a car today that plowed the big ole tree that mine nearly met before I swapped to winters. The lady couldn't have hit it more squarely than if she tried. Unhurt thankfully.

Last pic is with 18" turbo's and Scorpion snows.
