Before you run off:
try www.tiffanys.com
It will link you to:
http://www.tiffany.com/International.aspx
(yes, they own/registered both domain names/spellings).

They had to register tiffanyS so all the people with the incorrect spelling would be directed to the proper site.

That TT is very expensive.. you can prob buy a new one fro that..LOL
But there are no regular CTT's avail all CTTS.. I suggest look into the 4.2 liter Q7, the money factor is good .00035, got a quote for my buddy 59K car discounted to $54K, $3000 down , $639/month 36 month lease.LOL fully loaded non premium no backup camera and no air suspension..

But like everyone else waiting on the tdi... and how the new cayennes are..hmm my wife likes it..crap

Simply a matter of having the right tool for the job.
I was lucky. I already had the Excursion in the garage....a simple stop at www.tiffanys.com and voila!.....keys to the bride's Excursion.
Life is good sometimes.

Just busting chops. I couldn't agree more that a Super duty Diesel would be the tool if I were towing large loads constantly. The Cayenne is not a tow vehicle as its primary purpose but to tow my 944S2 back and forth to Pocono or LRP, it does an adequate job. I drive around NYC all day long and I need something a little more, shall we say maneuverable. Although no one is going to argue with you when your driving one of those.

BTW my wife works across the street from Tiffany's on 57th st. She has a list of things she wants me to buy from there and not one was a truck.

But when I went down to my local dealer all they had were a few NEW **** and 1 pre-owned TT. I drove the TT and really liked it but my concern is the towing. Since my PRIMARY reason to trade up is for more towing torque so I was looking for a S but the TT was really nice. Here's the problem, all the **** on the lot are all definite NO's becasue of color combo and none have air suspension. So naturally, the dealer offered me the TT.

The deal that is on the table seems to be VERY fair. The dealer has offered to payoff my lease and then sell me the TT CPO'd for 73K. I don't think I am going to do it since I really don't want to spend that kind of coin on a SUV/tow vehicle but I was very impressed with the whole package.

So my question is this. If money were NOT the issue here and you were thinking about towing ability, would the S be better since the power is more linear/instant without the turbo spool?

**I can easily wait for the 08 models to come and I can also easily be happy with my Cayenne V6 for the next 1.5 years towing and then start shopping all over again so this isn't a "gotta have it" purchase.**
I am looking at a S and a CT that I will tow with ,any chance someone can help with this compare/contrast? 04-06 Thanks

My ski boat pulling experience with my 05 and 09 turbos has been I do not notice the "spooling up" effect. The power is just there. No lag etc.
