22" Rims for Sale
I have 22 inch wheels and tires off my 06 porsche cayenne S. They are knockoff's of the antera 341 rims. Their grey with a polished aluminium lip. The tires are Sumitumo htr sport 285/35/22. They still have the little rubber tips all around. I joust bought them and had them on my truck for 3 weeks. I had to take them off due to major unexpected road construction by my job. Their in excellent condition. I have pictures to send to anyone interested. I paid $2200 brand new I'm willing to get rid of them for $1500 obo.

Hey some people just like to be different then the boring stock Porsche 20 inch rims. And the 22's not only look nicer, but make the car handle much better. I guess thats why they have the turbo in the showroom on 22's. But then again everyone has their own opinion right.....

Just got 20's on my new Cayenne Titanium Ed.
Wider in the rear than the front. Excellent wheel fitting. Would like to have a set of 22's for those crazy days when you want to show off. Nothin wrong with a set of 22's

"They" happen to be one of Floridas leading Porsche, Rollys Royce, Bentley and BMW to name the top few authorized dealers "they" are, but not only do they sell the 22 inch OZ rims for the porsche cayenne, they 100% back it up and stand by it. I guess wherever you buy your cars they say different. If you haven't driven on the OZ 22's on the turbo, you might want to rethink the handling frown.

The dealer is likely standing behind any issues (possibly) relating to the installation of non OEM wheels/parts (22's), as PCNA would not reimburse the dealer for said warranty claim issues. That is the dealer's decision and in this case it is commendable.
Potholes aside for the time being, the reduced sidewall height in a 22 compared to a 20 would produce a difference in handling (less sidewall flex), especially with a 5500# pig. Perhaps this is what is being described as 'better handling'.

If 22's are what float your boat then by all means go for it but don't kid yourself that you're doing it as a performance enhancement.
