Default porsche and settlements

well, after getting right up to the point of arbitration, porsche came up with a nice settlement for me that derailed the arbitration. now porsche has added and modified the agreement so much that it is not acceptable. so back to arbitration we will go.

watch out for the differences between a handshake agreement and the actual document.

OK, I've bookmarked the site, popcorn is in the microwave and a fresh batch of Purplesaurus Rex KoolAid is in the pitcher.........

However, IF PCNA writes you the big check, I'm sure it will come with strings/conditions/nondisclosure statements, so your website will likely have to come down.........

Some things are meant to be kept 'in the family'......or so I've read on the internet.
