Default Chrome Grill

I did a quick search but wasn't able to find anybody who had discussed "chroming" their grill. I know there are some aftermarket kits. Anybody have recs regarding which to use and avoid? Thanks.

I see this thread is older than my CTT but I have the same question. Can I get some feedback on aftermarket replacement grill or one of those chrome kits I've seen on some sites (sounds too good to be true for the $)...

Pictures would also be nice.

I got from Sunset Porsche and ebayed the originals. Overall about $350 out of pocket...I did not do the install. I have not heard anything good about the chrome kits....Mine is still in very good shape and love the look.

Wasn't this an option in the past? I thought it was painted arctic silver or something similar...

Can you post a picture of your car? I've seen some on ebay but they are the stick on ones.

Thanks for the pic. You say you got them from Porsche; are they OEM?
