Yeah the Cayenne is a girl's car. Girls love riding in them. Same with my 911. For some reason they seem to flock to them.
But from what I have seen, more women drive X5's and ML's and Escalades and blah blah blah. Who cares? Drive a Cayenne, excellerate hard and take some twisties with it. Girls love that too!

FYI, of all the Cayennes I've seen on the road.. only two had a female behind the wheel -- a 16 year old who's daddy gave her a turbo (no I don't know if it is totaled yet), and a CPA who uses the same post office and we chatted one day that admits to having a lead foot and had tried a X5 and hated it. That leaves 30 - 40 in my area that are male. Oh and then there's that "enigma" of a woman here on our forum!!

We have one, the wife primarily drives; but she drives it the way it should be driven. I was quite excited when she was the test driver and took it out and how tight the turn in felt on this type of vehicle. The smile on her face alone made me go and purchase it!
She did choose a more feminine color (sig. details), but it has grown on me. Occassionaly she asks if I want to bring it to work... I never let the opportunity be wasted. Great Truck/Car!

gods
i thought i left the "girls car" debate behind when i left the miata forum. somebody first needs to tell me what a girls car is, and second, show me the rules about who gets to drive them.
the miata was a very nice car, but had the rep of being a girls car, so mazda made it bigger and uglier. if liking a car with nice curves and that is smaller than an aircraft carrier makes me flock to girls cars, then just call me girly man.
i have found girls who turn their nose up to me in the club suddenly decide i am interesting when they see the CS, a phenomenon that i thought would be great, but which i now find to be vaguely offensive. like, you find my car nice enough to decide i am interesting? get back to the curb, babe.
of course, the new lemon decals for the CS should stop that.

ps, i know a gal who rides a R100CS, does this make BMW bikes "girly bikes??"

and I just thought this...
What's so bad about "Girls" anyways? I know us guys like them.... By Girls car are we implying that women can't drive?
Wow - Whole can of worms here...
OK - to stop beating a dead horse - as I have said before when it comes to Motorcycles, Cars and Airplanes (my three passions) - WHO CARES WHAT YOU RIDE/DRIVE/FLY - AS LONG AS YOU ARE HAPPY...
Lewis - do you have any PurpleSaurus KoolAid?

If Cayenne were more of a girl's car, I would expect them to sell a bunch of "Pure Red" ones. Just based on observation of my local dealerships (there are several in my area), I have not seen them move any.

We just got back from L.A. this weekend, and in our highly scientific poll of witnessing 50+ Cayennes in the Beverly Hills area............. About 75% were being driven by men.
Just thought I'd share a statistic.
