Having spent way too much time looking for one, for an 04' the answer is yes. That said, this specific example has pretty high miles, has had 2 owners in 2 years and uder the basic warranty, is almost naked. I was offered a 05' with 38k miles for $64.5k, certified.

I bought my CTT from that dealer 3 months ago. Paid $63500 with 21K miles, one owner, 02/04 build date, 28 months left on the warranty and a few more options. Mileage (re: remaining warranty) is HUGE in the price of these on resale. This dealer tends to get their Cars from local, non P-Car dealers who take them on trade, not from auction though they do attend the High Line auctions for some specific models. Most of them are corporate owned so don't feel too sad about the precious owner getting fleeced. Mine was traded on a Caddy by the owner of a concrete and stone company. I paid about what he says they got on trade. Seems the Caddy dealer "loaded" the numbers so he felt he was getting a deal.....
I found the previous owner because they left some paperwork in the car. The dealer will also tell you where they got the car from if asked. I also ran the VIN through my local dealer who told me what they saw and gave me the contact info for the selling and servicing dealer who I also called. I didn't want one with a long history of "issues", this one had no reported issues and all the service campaigns applied.
It did throw a suspension code about 2 weeks after I bought it. The previous owner said it threw that once too but the dealer couldn't find it. Turns out it was a faulty drivers side ride height sensor that WOULD NOT show up in a history log. I had the error pop up when I was a few miles from the dealership so I drove there, left the truck running and they hooked up to find the error. They replaced the part and it's been perfect ever since.

I just traded mine in for 58k. It was pretty much perfect (uh oh, did I just open a can of worms) with 17k miles. I was hoping to get 60-62k for it, but the market is what it is. I bought a new GMC Denali XL for myself and also leased a MB GL 450 for my wife. I do miss the power/handling of the Cayenne, but overall the Denali is more practical for me in so many ways. I actually prefer it.

The problem with CPO is only dealers offer it and there are a lot of good deals out there from non P-Car dealers. There are a number of aftermarket companies with good reputation that offer packages for about the same as the CPO addon so you have other options.

What, are you going to tell me that I can't get an aftermarket warranty on my CTT (I have 3 quotes sitting here, none over $2800 for basically the same coverage as CPO) or that the dealer won't honor them (one of them is from the dealer).
The only difference is the "inspection" and the total mileage. For me the mileage isn't an issue and the inspection is a joke and we all know it.

I was merely trying to point out that aftermarket warranty companies have been dropping Cayennes (high loss ratio vehicles for them), denying coverage or in MadFox's case, being declared insolvent by Jack Lord and the state of Hawaii.

Didn't know MadFox's company went belly up. That realy sucs. I guess it pays to investigate and even if you do there's no telling what might happen.
I know Mercury is writing these through AAA and I forgot the name of the company my dealer uses but it's a company that writes most of AutoNation's extended deals. I figure both of these are pretty solvent (unless we all go sign up and wreck havoc with their bottom line )

BTW, they are a publicly traded company. A quick look at their financials makes me think they are working hard to hide gross profit margins. They are trying to catch a guy on hard luck to make a few extra bucks on his car.
If you are selling it, sell the thing yourself and pocket the delta.
