Unfortunately not connected to PCM unit at all.
Sep speaker, sep. control unit. Sounds great though. I figured that I could just hit the mute buton on the wheel myself when I get or make a call, simple enough.
It was $895 installed from the dealer. I am sure that you could knock off a couple $$ if doing it yourself and purchasing direct from Motorola. The unit is small, I had it attached to the left of the wheel right on the small piece of aluminum trim to the left of the ignition key.
The speaker is under the passenger side tucked and hidden.
Pretty simple intallation as I watched. It took about an hour, little less.
The model is IHF 1000. For the unit alone it is 299.99$
So you will save alot this way if self installing.
The specs and features and pics are at this site.
