NO, I won't be buying one for the Cayenne...although the towing info might be worth a laugh for $20.

Yes.
It can be ordered thru Parts Department (or Sunset Imports....cost+15%).
The older model ones are a bit harder to find, although MYPorsche in CA is a good resource for all Porsche documentation.
