I am getting ready to take my car into the dealer for general service at 20k miles. I will have them repair the paint chipping off the steering wheel buttons. Has anyone delt with this issue? Will Porsche cover this? Do I need to argue with the dealer and Porsche? Thanks.

Ok I just got my steering wheel fixed, it looks awesome, both sides were peeling and they were both repainted for $125. They do great work and it looks original. Here is the info...

Very nice. I've only ever seen the paint chip off of the tan coloured ones, and I've seen one awful attempt at re-painting, but it definitely wasn't a professional job.
