I have this constant rotten egg smell coming from the front left side of my Cayenne S near the side marker light and it stinks up my garage. Could this be the air conditioning freon leaking or something??

Freon is odorless. Rotten egg smell usually comes from sulfur dioxide. I don't know where that could come from except maybe the catalytic converter, but if that wasn't functioning right I'd think your Check Engine light would come on.
A few years ago a plastic leaf bag blew across the road as I was driving by, went under the car and stuck itself onto the catalytic converter. It stunk pretty bad for a week or so until the plastic eventually burned away. You might want to take a peek under the car and see if there's anything like that there.

Well, I looked and no luck. No dripping. No burning (the car was left overnight in my garage and it still stinks) smell. Phoned PCNA on Saturday. PCNA had no technician on the phone but managed to ask another dealer and suggested that it could be the catalytic converter. PCNA paid for the towing to the dealer on a flatbed and the car is at the dealer until the service guys can take a look at it on Monday (not a holiday for us in Canada here).

Well, good luck, If the cat is defective that will be pretty easy for them to fix. Gotta give PCNA credit, though, having the car picked up on a flatbed on a Sunday just because "it stinks."
Most companies would probably just tell you to drive it to the dealer and have them check it out. Of course, if it IS sulfur dioxide you'd want to drive with the windows open -- that stuff could conk you out if it collected in a closed passenger cabin!

I had the bypass pipes installed and noticed a gasket smell for a few days and then it went away. Not a rotten egg smell!
