Default UGH!

I gotta say my Cayenne's being mildly troublesom, still with under 100 miles on it. I was gone over the break, and I came back and took it for a drive and it ate my CD, tries to eject it but it's just stuck in there. I've tried tweezers to no avail. The cd didn't have an extra label or anything on it, and it was freshly burned so I doubt it was warped.

Is this stuck in the PCM or standard CD radio on the car.

Go get dental or picking tools at lowes or Home Depot, get it in the center, hit eject and it will come out smoothly.

Good luck, had the same problem in my PCM unit but 2 CD's were stuck in it, stupid design to take the second CD.

Good Luck

Thanks Vino,

I bought the "probing" tools from Home Depot like you suggested, and the cd slid right out and everything is working perfectly now.

No problem, good to hear you got it out.

Just for your information, when I had 2 CD's stuck in the PCM, Porsche wanted me to buy a new PCM ($3K + install).

Looks like we are going to have to learn to fix some of these issues ourselves!!
