A lot of Cayenners complain about steering wheel vibration
I was reading around Cayenne relative forums, and found the steering wheel vibration issue around 65MPH to 75MPH were every where. Myself had tried to solve the problem several times with different dealers. But, I have no luck. The issue even occured on a brand new Cayenne that we had test driven. All these start to make me believe the problem is from Porsche AG not from us.
Anyway we can let PCNA and PAG know?

vibration
My 03 S does not have any vibration and I have had it "above" the posted speed several times. I quite enjoy the handling of this truck.

Is vibration very noticeable when between those mph 65-75. Does it feel like Steering wheel will break off-is it like that? I'm just trying to envison since my wife has an 04 S and haven't had that problem but man I do see quite a few here on the board having this issue. Is it a chassis problem or what? Wish PAG come up with an answer and a definite fix. Regards. Mike

Mav, there are a number of owners that are in the process of talking with PCNA about this very issue. Word on the street is that PCNA is working on it. But it sure is hard to tell since they have not said a word to those that have requested answers. I have given PCNA and my Dealer until 13-Aug-04 to get this issue resolved. Come 14-Aug-04 if this issue has not been resolved the litigation process will move forward, as well as a "large" public interest campaign.
To be honest I am expecting PCNA to do the right thing. This defect is very dangerous and is falls on the shoulders of PCNA and PAG.
