I've noticed over at Roadfly on the Mini board BMWNA is definitely "listening" as I've received email responses (unsolicited) to questions of mine. THey answer people all the time. Of course, their web page and vehicle tracking systems beat the hell out of Porsche!! I've traced my BMW's and the Mini all along its history right on my own web page which they give me...wish Porsche did something even half that good...
