OK,I just got off the phone with an engineer in Berlin (Dipl. Eng)

They do not use AM and PM (latin) in Germany so the concept is very confusing to them, everything runs on military time.

Ford and GM get it right, ever thought of that.

Thanks for calling the engineers.

But it's embarrassing that anyone (and a Porsche engineer even) would call this concept confusing.

Any german would have the same problem.

I am not saying I agree that they could not have done it differently.

but its just a clock !
