Any idea how to remove this plastic cap for the headlight washer? Maybe it needs to be in an up position somehow? I've never used it consciously at least. The car is going in for painting and I've got it broken down but this one is hanging me up.

 

Hey, I decided to just go for it. It basically just pops off (some prongs on the inside). I was careful, but still broke a prong on each side...20 year old plastic.

 

Air pressure in the supply tube. Then zip tie under the cap so you can pull up to remove or hold on for reinstall.
