With that many codes it’s tough to nail it down. The mechanical fault in level sensor code is worth looking at. Does it tell you which sensor? Same with the terminal 30 fault.

You may have to play with your scanner and read out actual values, look at the level sensor values at each wheel. That should tell you which is faulty.

The way I handle this type of diagnostic is by looking for anomalies. For example, read the values for all 4 level sensors and compare them. If one of them is way out of sync with the others that MAY be your problem, and if NO anomaly exist I can then dismiss that item as causal.

If I'm reading the data you posted correctly, the right side values are 3.7-4.3, and the left side values are .7-1.2. Based on that, it's inconclusive. It looks to me that they use the same sensor, just installed in the opposite orientation to measure ride height. So values on the right are higher, and on the left are lower. Is the car sitting level now?

Let me give you an easier example. If three of the four values were all around 4.0 and the 4th value was 0.0, then I'd say that #4 is the bad sensor. Unfortunately, your sensor data is inconclusive.

 

OK, well....so close yet so far.
SO.....Looks like fuse 27 was missing.... the pump runs now..... but only the rear rises!
I had the scanner connected and as soon as I cleared the old codes, the pump came on.
I installed a new Vavle block before I figured out the fuse was out. (so Im doubtful the valve block made any difference)
I have the under side cover off and it sounds like I hear a Hissing sound comming from the pump, but I didnt see any broken lines.

 

Find the source of the hissing. Then, let the system level itself, engine running doors and hatch closed. Then look at the sensor values for the all four corners. I think you’re making progress!

 

Well I tried to find the "hissing" but Im thinking that must just be the regulator. I pulled the pump down (while still connected and when it was running) I sprayed with soapy water. I put my ear as near as I could to where I heard the sound and tried to feel with my fingers but was unable to determine if there was a leak. The sound was coming from the opposite end from the piston/cylinder
One thing to note was that the cylinder head got quite warm even after just a minute of running.

SO... when the system got an error it quit running the pump. So then when I cleared the error(s) it started running again.

Here are the readings I got. the error that was repetitive was the one that said "below lower limit Exceeded, Control position not adjustable"

 

Hmmmm, i just had a thought, what if i swap the feed lines so I put the liines going to the rear on the front ports and the Rear lines on the front port. Then if the front rises and the rear doesn't....... that will tell me something....not sure what.....

 

Fair to say the iCarsoft scanner works well, data overload, but too much here is better than not enough for sure. What scanner/version is that? Maybe try to disconnect all 4 ride height sensors and let them scan and all be offline, then reset, plug them back in and see if it'll isolate a corner or give you some more consistent readings to nail something down more in detail?

 

the corner sensors were ok, if you see my other thread it turned out to be the compressor (even thought I rebuild the original one, still didnt fix it) a good compressor solved it.
