Hey guys,

my purge valve is faulty and I have the well known bad start after filling up. I don’t need the full assembly but just the valve - Porsche prices are as usual eye watering. But isn’t this just a Bosch valve that can be bought for cheaper than through the dealer?
Does anyone know which Bosch valve is the equivalent? Or which valves work without giving the dealers an early Christmas present?

The V8 purge valve is £300 from OPC. The V6 valve is £30, any idea what the difference is apart from part number?

I ended up buying it from Rose parts in the UK, for about 200 USD if I remember correctly. Not a deal but a bit better. Worked as advertised and eliminated all problems.

I've ordered one of these: Bosch 06E906517A for £15. They fit VW, Audi, Lambos etc but not Porsche. I'll fit it and see what codes come up.

Currently got P0441 001 incorrect flow. Valve is not clicking when 12v applied.
