Has anyone seen a center exhaust exit on a Cayenne? Please share pics?

backstory: this thing came with magnaflow canisters in the back, but the “custom” piping starts at about the rear diff and hangs down so much it is plainly visible behind the car, and going to be subject to rock and things off road.
I want to gut the secondaries, add a crossover, and re-path that rear exhaust. I think I want to re-use the magnaflows and add a crossover where the suitcase used to be, then exit center so I can remove the skirt later.
I’m imagining exiting the exhaust tucked up into the suitcase space, then kind of pointing down, hidden from view by the center rear skirt. Kind of where the hitch would be.
then I can keep or ditch the rear skirt in the future, and have no risk of a tire rolling off a rock and crushing exhaust on departure.
Local shop recommended a 2x2 oval muffler with an internal crossover, mounted more towards the middle of the car, between the gas tanks kind if. then either ditch or keep the magnaflows.
Ive seen an off-road build where someone brought the exhaust out the side rear quarters under the taillights for clearance reasons, but not a rear center exit.
