Default High fuel pressure

Hi guys, I have an 08 cayenne base that I've been getting together the past couple weeks. I finally got the car to the point where I can start it and run it. On the first start the car sputters and stalls. Then the car starts and runs terrible for about 30 seconds and it back fires a little and smoothes right out. After that it will sit and idle and the engine will run as you would expect it to. I have a code p2293 that comes back right away. I checked the fuel pressure in the scan tool and it says expected high fuel pressure is 35000mbar and the actual is 133000mbar. I did already try a new sensor on the pump itself. And I previously replace both low pressure fuel pumps, regulator, filter, and both fuel pump relays for another concern, so I assume they are all operating the way they should. I wouldn't think the high pressure pump would be causing my high fuel pressure since its a mechanical pump, but correct me if I'm wrong about that. Is there anybody that can get me the factory fault trace for this code so I can properly diagnose this issue. Or anybody with information that may help. Thanks in advance
