Have you taken the step of measuring vacuum hold and pressure hood in the various circuits, like with a mighty vac? Have you looked at fuel pressure set points and actual values with a diagnostic tool, like a Foxwell nt530?

Just wild guesses. No expert here.

I haven't gone to that much effort yet, but it's a good suggestion to check the pressure.

I should look at the fuel pressure set points, and I'm sure I can do that with a Durametric.

Rainy day list just grew a bit!
