Default Was Adaptive Cruise Control available on 957s?

0I'm looking for a Cayenne with a manual, which limits me to 955, 957 and 958. Would love to find a unicorn 957 GTS manual, but I'd use it for travel and I've grown spoiled by adaptive cruise. I saw a Porsche video title that implied adaptive cruise was available on 957s, but I've never seen one with the sensor so I'm thinking the video might have been mislabeled. Was adaptive cruise ever available on a 957? or do I have to get a 958 (for which the manual was only paired with the v6)?

I drive a lot of flat, straight interstates, so I don't need your comments about "Porsche is for drivers, you don't need cruise at all", etc.

Thanks guys.

00Also, I know manuals were available on 957/958 and adaptive cruise on at least 958, but I don't know if manual & adaptive were mutually exclusive. Some Mfrs don't allow adaptive cruise with their manuals because they can't shift if they slow down too much, yet some do. Let me know if anyone knows how this works for 957/958. Thanks.

My 957 Turbo S (which should be fully loaded) does not have it, thank God. Had it in our Infiniti QX56 and it was the most annoying feature ever - at least there was a way to circumvent it and make it function normally without the distance sensor. It would slow down too early even when the car in front was moving over, then accelerate too aggressively once the Lane was clear, especially if it had slowed down a fair amount from the set speed. The less automatic crap the better - probably why half my fleet is 40 year old Porsches and my newest one is my 09 Turbo S and will remain that way.

I would guess only the 958s and later had this.
