Changing CD Changer?
The CD changer skips in my 04 Cayenne S. If I buy a used CDC-4 on eBay, will it be easy to remove the old one and replace it with the new one, or should I let a pro do it? If I do it myself, do I need any special tools? How long do you think it would take to do it?

It's a royal PITA. The changer looks accessible - but it's screwed into the rack in the rear quarter with some screws that require removal of the interior panel to get to. Removing the interior panel is the PITA part.. plan on at least 3-4 hours to do it, and I'd suggest getting a manual or AllDataDIY subscription for instructions. Parts you never thought might need removing need to be removed.
