Default Help: mObridge bluetooth volume

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased a 2008 Cayenne GTS. I love driving it. The previous owner installed a mObility unit. I've connected my iPhone to it and can make phone calls, but when I try to stream music with bluetooth I can't hear anything. The phone thinks it's streaming audio and the display "looks" like it's trying to play, but there's no sound. I've read that there's a bluetooth streaming volume config that you can access with a laptop, but I can't find the mObility software (the link on mObility's website is a dead link).

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks!

Do you have the volume on your phone turned up?

That’s a great question, and yes the volume on the phone is all the way up.

I'm not sure which model you have, but click on one of these products, then choose the support tab. There are various documents there that may or may not help you.

When I bought mine (M2.Pro MOST) I had to do a lot of manual searching and video watching to figure out how things worked. I'm still not sure how everything works, but it plays music.
