I will sell you a Slovak LLC for 1000 eur that you can register it with for a one time fee of about 1600 eur (it would be like 3000 but it's lower due to age). As it's clearly in a really bad shape, the import duties will be 0 ;-)

Inspection and emissions are every 2 years, cost about 70 eur each.
If you want it done while we're having lunch, I give my guy another 70 eur on top of that and it comes back with everything done and detailed (if you have an extra hour or two to spare).
Oh and road tax will be about 170 euros, yearly overhead costs for running an llc - about 300 eur.
After you're done, you can sell the llc and not the car, easier than anything.

Hey Peter... Long time no see. What are benefits for me to have car on LLC? This year my car entered 11th year so I will get some price reduction, but how much I don't know since my government is changing pricing policy a lot. Also how am I supposed to drive it in Serbia on Slovakia papers? I dont understand that situation I know If I had company in Slovakia I could drive anything on my name in Serbia, otherwise I don't know how.

Loving it here in Hill County as well. No emissions, $67 a year, and $2k a year maxed out full coverage 3 vehicles. Of course if they REALLY knew the details on the Cayenne.....

Well, benefits are: tax write offs; you can rent the car to your Serbian company for the time you are here and have some money put away and taken care of (ooops, did I say it out loud?); waaaaay cheaper registration etc. and if you decide to sell it, you can actually just sell the company for whatever amount you want to sell it.
I think how you're supposed to drive the car in Serbia on Slovak plates is exactly as you'd drive it on Serbian plates - you gas up, turn the key and go. What difference do plates make? Your car will be legally registered in Slovakia. You need to leave Serbia every three months or so but you already do that, don't you? And I guess a simple stamp in passport without you leaving is also doable just for paper purposes, hm?
You will be ahead in costs in the first year, what's there to lose? We can get you plates that are very close to your current Serbian ones, with 133 on them or whatever you want. Most people won't even notice the change.
Ferrari engine with limited resources and in cooperation with Alfa Romeo It sounds good till 100.000km. After that, junk. I had 3 Alfa Romeo. All V6s. So much electric problems and gremlins. In this SUV, a loooooot of cheap plastic and low grade materials. I have driven one, but with diesel engines. So so cheap inside and over-simple. All Alfa Romeos have the same problem. From day 1 they are great, then at around 45-50k km they start to, how to say....Hmmmmm... Hugh you with their problems, and that's not interesting. My father had 2 Alfa Romeos. From where I had 3 And on both he began to see problems around 55-56k km. When he saw that I bought Alfa Romeo he laugh like crazy and asked me if I am normal... I said then, no matter what I LOVE Alfa Romeo. And like that, 3x. As mentioned above, I got burned 3x. No more.
