No. Check previous threads on this and other boards. A work around dealers have used is to place a bag of silica dessicant. Kinda lame actually, but I guess it works.

It's not a work-around. If you check the exploded diagrams of both the halogen and Bi-Xenon headlight assemblies in PET, you will see that the desicant bag is a real part with a real part number. I don't have PET installed on my laptop here at work, or I would send you the part numbers. Crazy, but real!

Tis,

Condensation is not normal in my book, if it was normal all C would have it. My C is in the shop right now for a list of post delivery items and they are going to add the bags to the headlights, seems to me a hinkey fix.

Matt C, PET is a Porsche electronic parts' catalog for all Porsches model. You install PET on your computer then you can find part numbers for your car electronically.

According to my dealer, dessicant bags are already in the headlights but they got saturated during shipping, so they replaced the bags for me for free.

Has any put on the clear plastic lens protection ala Xpel? Does this worsen the condensation?

I'm having a 3M coating put on my car tomorrow (including light covers). I will let you all know about the condensations issue, as I have it now, too.

My Cayenne has had both the 3M Invisible Bra and headlight condensation, since the vehicle was new.

It would be interesting to see the desiccant bag in the headlight. Hopefully it is protected from water, from rain and washing, so that it may absorb moisture from the air, as it is intended. It may be designed to use the heat, from the lamp and power module, to dry the desiccant, prolonging the life.

This film should not have any effect on this problem.
