To Wave or not to Wave
Should Cayenne owners wave to other Cayenne owners?
Should Cayenne owners wave to all P-cars?
So far zilch on the wave factor from other P-Cars and Cayennes... I know when in the 911 other 911 folks share a wave.

I would say on any given day, the most likely driver of a Cayenne or Cayenne S (especialyl 958+) is white female, 40+ and driving in the car solo. I have not seen a Cayenne GTS, Turbo or Turbo S in quite a long time locally.
The most likely driver of a 955/957 is a schlub like me though.

Spot on Libast. Spot on.
Evidenced by the majority of used Cayennes having the center back seat baby carrier "dimples" in the leather.

I wave on my motorcycle, not in cars - the Porsche - forgeddaboutit.. it's not like the days when having a foreign car was a rarity (at least on the east coast, some parts of the Midwest and Texas - mebbe..)

Yes sir. In my neighborhood, there must be 20+ Cayenne's used to move kids and groceries around. Ours is my wife's car. The only car more common is a Land Rover.
Now, if I lived in a rural town, I could totally see waving being common.

Nope. Not for a Cayenne.
I own 3 motorcycles and that's enough of a wave fest. Also owned a Corvette for 12 years, and considering how dime-a-dozen they are, the wave became ridiculous.
I test drove a Jeep Wrangler for a day and noticed it's an obsession for that group too.
If I ever see a 928 while driving mine, of course I'll wave. So far that's happened once in the last 8 years/10,000 miles.

No wave when in Cayenne or at Cayenne. Our Cayenne is wife's mall crawler.
I wave occasionally when I see another p-car when I am driving my 911. I wave all the time when ride the motorcycle.

You latte drinking make-up applying SUV drivers need to keep your hands at 10 and 2. Leave the waving to the sports cars.
